Wild Garlic Spring Greens Brazil Nut Pesto
  • 50g wild garlic (1/2 cup tightly packed)
  • 50g spring greens (1/2 cup tightly packed)
  • 100g brazil nuts (3/4 cup)
  • 80ml extra virgin olive oil (1/3 cup)
  • 2tbsp lemon juice
  • sea salt & black pepper
  1. Rinse wild garlic and spring greens and set aside.
  2. Place brazil nuts into a food processor or high speed blender and pulse until coarsely ground.
  3. Add greens, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and process until you have desired consistency.
  4. Store in a fridge in an airtight jar.
  5. Enjoy with everything!
