Mango and Turmeric Smoothie
  • 1 mango
  • 1 banana
  • 1" fresh turmeric root, peeled
  • ½" fresh ginger root, peeled
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup almond milk
  1. Peel and chop the fruit into smaller pieces.
  2. Place all of the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy with a little sprinkle of cinnamon on top!
